We all need lots of encouragement to achieve our personal goals and targets. At Sunny Gym we provide a relaxing and friendly atmosphere to help you improve your fitness and achieve your lifestyle aims. We provide advice, guidance and motivation in a supportive environment.

In our well-equipped gym we have cardio equipment, including rowers, cycles, treadmills and cross-trainers; weights machines and the unique ‘Air Machines’ that allow resistance to be altered in 1-kilo increments; and a range of free weights. We also have a sauna to relax in after your hard work!

Upon joining the club we will devise a personal program for you based on your current health and fitness and designed to help you achieve your goals. Your program will then be reviewed and updated as you progress.
